Punjab government has approved a project for up-gradation of Sohawa Research Station and strengthening of Fateh Jang and SAWCRI Chakwal Research Stations. This development project would be completed within next three years with the total cost of Rs 19.970 million. Provincial government has allocated an amount of Rs 2.61 million for 2004-05 and directed the implementing agency for completion of 13 percent work positively during the current fiscal.
